Koplik spots

While using Google and looking in my textbooks, I'm having trouble seeing the 'blue' in Koplik spots. The best I've seen are some reddish lesions with white centres. Does anyone have some good photos of these spots with the blue?

I get the distinct feeling that they may be very, VERY rare. I did some searching to see if I could help you out a little and came up empty handed. I saw a few (VERY few!!) references to blue spots but almost every single description mentioned only white spots on a reddish background.
