I have to admit that my first thought was dishwashing gloves, since the medical type don't have any tags at all.

I don't want to modify the board as it will just make it more complex to keep up-to-date. If you can find someone else willing to install the modification and then maintain the forum, please be my guest.

I'd suggest to use this and then insert the graphic.

A quick comment here.
In the "old" forums, which I maintained, we were forced to move away from the ridiculously inefficient UBB Threads implementation and create our own, which used PostgreSQL (prior to many MySQL improvements which were done since). Given that we were on our own anyway, making changes was relatively easy.

What wasn't easy is to find someone to maintain it all. For a while, that was me. I kept asking for another person to come on board. The typical scenario was someone joining the "team", learning here-and-there, and disappearing to never be heard from again. I gradually got busier and busier at work+personal life, and knew the time for me to "retire" approaches.
Along came Chris, a responsible person to whom we all owe a great deal. He took it from my hands, practically after the last minute, and did a great job of maintaining it. He then upgraded to the current software (phpBB), much more mature product running of MySQL. The last thing we need is to get back to the scenario where we have to do everything ourselves (because we run a unique forum software, a decision I made since we wanted to use the same software HSW used, so we'll have the existing posts - because I didn't think of the option of locking them in "old" forum and starting fresh with a new one, the way Chris did). Only low-maintenance type of server will allow Chris to keep taking care of it, otherwise maintenance will become a full-time job.

Not that my opinion counts - but I think Chris made the right call here.
